Henry E. Schroeder died on Friday of consumption in the 41st year of his age. The funeral was held this afternoon at two o'clock from the Globe hotel, and half an hour later from Christ church Shrewsbury. The interment was made in the church burial ground. Mr. Schroeder had lived in Red Bank all his life, and for the last twenty-three years had been engaged in the drug business, being at the time of his death the senior partner at the firm of H. E. Schroeder & Co. A few years ago he was united in marriage to Susie, the only child of the late Abram Wood, but they had no children.

Death notice lists his age as 41 years.
