Sands Selleck
Mr. Sands Selleck, a well known resident of Keyport, died last Monday
morning at 10 o'clock, after about two weeks of the most terrible suffering.
For one week he lay on a bed of anguish, his pain making him unconscious, and
he never once spoke to or made sign of recognizing anyone during that time.
Mr. Selleck had lived in Keyport many years, and was widely known. He would
have been 56 years old next January. He leaves a widow and four grown
children. The funeral occurred Wednesday afternoon from his late residence,
Rev. E. Mead, of the Reformed church officiating, and burial was in Green
Grove cemetery.
